We have two (!) options for you to make a mint julep. One with and one without alcohol. The NA version with maple syrup is absolutely stunning ... even superior to the version with bourbon. Double dog dare you to give the NA version a try.
Without Alcohol
Combine 4 oz Green Tea Mint mixer, 2 tsp of maple syrup, and a handful of mint in a glass. Add a dash of aromatic bitters (like Angostura) if feeling up for it. Muddle. Top with crushed ice.
Garnish: mint sprig // Glass: silver tumbler
With Alcohol Added
Combine 4 oz Green Tea Mint mixer, 1.5 oz bourbon, and a handful of mint in a glass. Add a dash of aromatic bitters (like Angostura) if feeling up for it. Muddle. Top with crushed ice.
Garnish: mint sprig // Glass: silver tumbler
