What to Eat and Drink at Target Field
Share
Target Field is one of the better stadiums for food. The lineup of local small businesses makes it worth showing up ready to eat and drink. And this year, Target Field got an upgrade. Per Se is available at various bars.
Here's where to find the best food and drink options.
Kramarczuk's Brat — Sections 101, 112, 312
A Minnesota institution. The brat is snappy, savory, and unapologetically old school. Pair it with Per Se's Hibiscus Margarita. The tartness cuts through the fat, and the hibiscus holds up against the bold flavor.
Hot Indian Chicken Tikka Masala — Section 120
Bold, aromatic, a little heat. This is the most interesting thing you can eat at the stadium. Pair it with Per Se's Paloma. The grapefruit brightens the spice without killing it.
Niko Niko Boba — Section 120
Sweet, chewy, fun. Great for the long innings.
Union Hmong Kitchen Sweet and Sour Fried Pork — Truly on Deck
Bright, punchy, crispy. Everything stadium food should be but rarely is. Pair it with Per Se's Hibiscus Margarita. The sweet and sour and hibiscus pair well together.
Soul Bowl — Section 114
Comfort food that is rich, filling, and flavorful. Pair it with Per Se's Mojito. You need something light and refreshing after something that satisfying.
Pizza Luce Gluten-Free Whole Pizza — Section 234
A whole gluten-free pizza! Pair it with whatever Per Se you feel like. Any of our three flavors — Hibiscus Margarita, Mojito, or Paloma — will work.
Churros — Truly on Deck
A classic. The cinnamon in Per Se's Hibiscus Margarita will pair well with the churros' cinnamon and sugar.
Where to find Per Se
Available at various bars throughout Target Field all summer. The best drink for the game happens to be alcohol free.
